Organized around each Bold Aspirational Statement (as outlined in our Report to the Community), these Task Forces bring together community leaders, experts, and partners to translate our community’s vision into action — developing strategies that deepen engagement and inclusion, strengthen collaboration across organizations, support those in need, and build Jewish identity and pride for the future.

Guided by the Ignite Broward Implementation Team, which oversees and integrates the work of all Task Forces, each group will transform insights into actionable strategies that align with Federation’s long-term goals and community priorities.

By May 2026, every team will deliver concrete plans that Federation can bring to life — creating a clear roadmap to strengthen Jewish life and shape the Jewish future in Broward.
