The Ignite Broward Report to the Community is the culmination of an unprecedented listening journey led by the Jewish Federation of Broward County. It reflects the voices, ideas, and aspirations of more than 1,400 community members across generations, geographies, and backgrounds.

Together, we identified what matters most: connection, inclusion, pride, safety, and collaboration. From that, we developed seven Bold Aspirational Statements—a strategic framework to guide our community’s next chapter.
