Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC)

The Broward County Jewish Community Relations Council is
chaired by Karen Zemel.

The Jewish Community Relations Council of Broward County (JCRC) serves as the public affairs and community relations voice of Broward’s organized Jewish community. JCRC promotes pro-Israel policies at the national, state, and local levels of government and work to combat anti-Israel bias wherever it arises.

Additionally, we build deep meaningful, long-lasting partnerships with other faiths, traditions, and communities of color. JCRC connects the Jewish community and their lived experiences with antisemitism to broader struggles for justice. By providing a vehicle for Broward’s Jewish population to work in deep partnership with local allies, we underscore how our collective safety is inextricably intertwined.
