Chayale Slavaticki
Chayale Slavaticki, the mother of six, moved to Florida in 2011 with the dream of opening a Jewish Community Center together with her husband, Rabbi Chaim.
Over the years, in addition to building a thriving Jewish Community in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, they’ve created The Friendship Circle of Greater Fort Lauderdale, an organization servicing family with children and adults with special needs, as well as an organization helping wounded IDF warriors suffering from PTS called Israel Heart 2 Heart.
In addition, Chayale is the co-founder and co-owner of The Friendship Grill, a hybrid Mediterranean and Israeli restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. She has always been passionate about sharing the warmth of Jewish traditions and making a positive impact on the community.
Chayale gets to wear many hats, from Mommy to Hebrew School Director, Friendship Circle Director, Women’s programming and so much more.
