Survival Strategies of Children: The Case of Jewish Orphans in Transnistria
Event Date and Time:
June 16 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The Holocaust Documentation and Education Center is pleased to share the next Talking Memory program – Survival Strategies of Children: The Case of Jewish Orphans in Transnistria, presented by the Ghetto Fighters’ House Museum.
This program will focus on the experiences of Jewish children during the Holocaust. The study of children is a history in microcosm: it is the story of the Holocaust as seen through the eyes, and fates, of its youngest victims. Eyal Fabian, COO of A.M.I.R. – The Association of Romanian Jewry in Israel – will give the opening remarks and share with us the activities of the organization.
