Our Journey Through Grief

A virtual bereavement support group intended for individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss the emotional and physical aspects of their grief and its impact on their daily lives. Attendees will learn skills for coping with their grief, processing their feelings and emotions in a safe, supportive environment.
