Mitzvah Day Across Broward

Mitzvah Day is a unique opportunity for our community to give back. With the pandemic’s hardships, our community here in Broward, Israel, and around the world needs our help now, more than ever. We ask that you join us as we band together to address some vital community needs.

How can you help? Begin collecting items needed by our partner agencies. You can view a full list below. Once you've collected these critical items, we hope you'll join us on Sunday, April 11th for a socially-distanced and safe drop-off event at our Federation campus (address listed below). All you have to do is drive-by our Federation campus, pop open your trunk filled with items, and give back to your Jewish community!

We have allocated several other drop-off locations for those who are unable to join us at the Federation campus:

Eastside & North Broward Drop Off locations Available before April 11:

• Eastside: Downtown Jewish Center Chabad (1012 East Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale - Drop off at the school and mention Mitzvah Day to the security guard) & Temple Bat Yam (5151 NE 14th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334)
  
• North Broward: Chabad of Parkland (7170 Loxahatchee Rd, Parkland, FL 33067) & Congregation Kol Tikvah (6750 N University Dr, Parkland, FL 33067 - There will be a box placed outside the sanctuary doors to drop off M-F 9:30am - 2:30pm and Sundays 9am-12pm)
