Meet others in the community, learn how to best support adults in your lives, and earn a 3-year national certification as a Mental Health First Aider!
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. The course will teach you how to apply the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.
This one-day Adult Mental Health First Aid Course is open to everyone and is provided FREE to the community by Goodman Jewish Family Services.
