The International March of the Living has made the difficult determination that, at this time, when decisions need to be made, travel from North America to Poland and Israel for the 2021 March of the Living is not possible.
The Broward County March of the Living’s mission and commitment to providing relevant and meaningful Holocaust Education remains unchanged.
JOIN US FOR A 3 DAY VIRTUAL SYMPOSIUM, in partnership with the FAU Gutterman Family Center for Holocaust and Human Rights Education, and together with seniors from the Southern Region
APRIL 6, 7, 8, 2021 | 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
We have received permission from most private schools, both secular and Jewish, in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, for you to attend our Symposium in lieu of your regular in-person or virtual classes
◦Explore 1000 years of Polish Jewish history through a tour of the Polin Museum ◦Take a walk through the Krakow Ghetto ◦Become a witness by listening to testimonies shared by survivors ◦Conclude with a special Yom HaShoah program
While share your disappointment in the inability to travel, our dedicated team of educators and professionals are hard at work creating a meaningful virtual experience
We are planning a Poland experience for December 2021 (travel permitting).
