Wendy Sachs is the director and executive producer of October 8. She's an Emmy-award winning network news television producer (NBC, CNN, FOX), writer, author and speaker. Wendy is also a former Capitol Hill press secretary, media relations executive, and the author of two critically acclaimed books.
Tessa Veksler is a public speaker, content creator, and Jewish advocate. After facing targeted harassment and antisemitism in the wake of October 7, Tessa has chosen to speak out bravely about her experiences while encouraging Jewish people nationwide to fight against hate.
