Elaina Moran, JFBC Event Coordinator
Elaina is a graduate of the Chaplin School of Hospitality Management of FIU and holds an Advanced Certification in Wine Management. In addition to years in the Hospitality and Catering industries, she spent 15 years with the South Beach Wine & Food Festival producing events and cooking demos for celebrity chefs. She is now an avid home cook and baker and loves sharing recipes, tips and delicious creations with friends and family.
