BenGingi is an Israeli-American chef and restaurateur celebrated for his mastery of Middle Eastern cuisine and artisan breads. As the founder of NYC’s Buba Bureka and author of Eat Small Plates, he blends traditional flavors with modern craftsmanship. Join BenGingi for an amazing evening at the DPJCC!

Cooking demo, cookbooks are available for purchase in advance-please note they will not be available for purchase on the day of the event.
