Please join us on August 19th for Confronting Hate and Extremism in Online Gaming and Social Media: What families don’t know will hurt them. The webinar will feature ADL experts, Daniel Kelley, Associate Director, ADL Center for Technology and Society and Lauren Krapf, ADL National Policy Counsel, who will provide you with tools and resources to build safe and positive spaces for your children's online play and social interactions .

A recent ADL study on online gaming found that 74% of online players have experienced some form of harassment and 64% of those players have expressed this harassment to be severe and sustained. While we recognize that the threat of extremism and hate online is real, we want you and your children to feel more empowered and equipped to experience positive online play and interactions.

Attendees will also hear about ADL's efforts with the gaming industry to make online gaming safer by strengthening their rating systems, terms of service, and increased transparency on reporting of hate incidents on the platforms.
