You will need the following information to complete the application. Some of the items will need to be uploaded.

• The full name of the program you will be attending and the address to which the award is to be sent. 

• A copy of the acceptance letter from the program the applicant will attend. 

• A short essay, written by the applicant telling us why they want to participate and what they expect to gain from their participation.

• Submit a full, signed copy of the family's most current income tax return. 

• Agree to perform ten (10) hours of volunteer (community) service in the Jewish community prior to the trip - at the Jewish organization of choice. 

• Agree to write a note after the experience thanking donors and detailing the impact the program had or create a 5 – 10 minute video presentation of the experience.

We anticipate receiving a large number of applications. Therefore, note that not every applicant may receive a scholarship nor receive the full amount requested.

Families are expected to contribute towards the cost of the trip and are expected to pursue every possible avenue for financial assistance.

Families will be informed of decisions within 2 weeks after the deadlines above.
